For law firms

Scale your practice without increasing overhead

Optimising estate practices through specialised support. I help law firms resolve dormant estate files, manage workflow spikes, and draft complete Liquidation and Distribution accounts, taking files seamlessly from administration through final sign-off.

I have helped administer files that are ten to fifteen years old and have brought these estates to finalisation. I've helped find missing documentation and broken through administrative obstacles along the way. My role is to pick up where the file left off and carry it through to finalisation.

Part of that process is a full audit of the estate's banking history: every outgoing payment is checked against the account it was recorded as reaching, and every one of those accounts is verified as genuine. This kind of review does, on occasion, surface payments that were never received where the records indicate, and identifying this before the file is finalised is a standard part of the close-out process.

Private families

Clear explanations, every rand accounted for.

For families: The same rigour, brought gently.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is profoundly personal, and handling bureaucratic red tape should be the last thing on your mind.

I provide steady, transparent guidance through the entire estate process, explaining every step and accounting for every rand, so you don't have to handle the logistics.

Acknowledging that an estate isn't just a file, but a family's story.

Meet Paul

Estate administration, quietly modernised.

Estate administration deserves better tools

Executors and practitioners still manage deceased estates the way it's always been done: scattered spreadsheets, manual calculations, and documents rebuilt from scratch for every file. Deadlines slip. Details get missed. Good practitioners spend their time on paperwork instead of people.

Naomi has seen the cost of this firsthand: documents lost, files dragging on for years (sometimes decades) while beneficiaries were kept in the dark, and in some cases, funds misappropriated.

Paul was built to change that, starting with the practitioners who carry the heaviest administrative load.

Introducing Paul

A local-first platform that helps legal practitioners manage a deceased estate from intake through to final account: one place for the numbers, the deadlines, and the paperwork. It doesn't take the work away from practitioners; it keeps every file organised, stores documents securely, and takes the busywork out of generating Master's forms, the liquidation and distribution account, and more. Designed around real practice workflow, not a generic case-management template.

What's coming

  • Guided Estate WorkflowA single, structured path from opening an estate to closing it out.
  • Built-in Legal & Financial CalculationsThe statutory maths handled automatically, so the numbers are right the first time.
  • Smart Document GenerationThe paperwork practitioners dread, produced for you accurately and on demand.
  • A Dashboard That Thinks AheadA live view across your whole portfolio, with the right things surfaced at the right time.
